Protection and non-stick function in chemically and thermally aggressive environments
NPAS10 can be applied to aluminium or steel heat exchangers used in the exhaust air area of domestic laundry dryers in series production. The coating prevents the adhesion of textile fibres, which would otherwise negatively affect the performance of the heat exchanger and thus the overall energy efficiency of the dryer.
NPAS10 can be sprayed or dipped and has to be thermally cured.
